Rules & Restrictions:

  • Voucher may be used to Book Tattoo Appointments Online.

  • Voucher is good for Tattoo Time Only! Additional Costs may apply.

  • The Voucher is good for one person only: the name on the voucher or the purchaser. 

  • Voucher Can not be sold or given away for a profit.

  • For Gifts: Must be indicated at time of purchase

  • Due to the HIGHLY Discounted hourly rate - tattoo purchased with this voucher does not qualify for a 'FREE One Hour Touch Up'.

  • All touch ups will be regular price: $150/hr. 

  • Voucher Does NOT include Numbing products, Aftercare Products, Drawing Fees or Supply Fee. These are Additional Costs due at time of tattoo purchase.

  • All New Tattoo Projects require a Consultation.

  • Artist has the right to refuse services without a refund if client shows up intoxicated.  

  • Must Be 18 Years of Age or older to be tattooed at Fawcett Tattoos.

  • Can not be combined with any other deal, discount or offer. 

  • No Refunds on time purchased.

Additional Costs:

  • Numbing products: $10 per bottle (We are don't supply Free Numbing products)

  • H2Ocean Aftercare Kit with extra bandage:  $45-50  (Highly Recommended) 

  • Drawing Fees: $50 per hour

  • Supply Fee: $50 per Tattoo Session

  • H2Ocean Sea Life Sunscreen SPF 45: $10

  • Consultations: $25 per appointment

Voucher & Cancellation Policies:

  • Each Voucher/client is allowed up to (2) Rescheduled Appointments per Voucher with at least 72 hours notice of schedule change. 

Voucher Forfeit:

  • Failure to show up for Tattoo Appointment ​

  • Failure to give notice when anticipated to be late 

  • Being more then 1 hour late for appointment

  • Showing to appointment intoxicated/drunken or under the influence of mind altering drugs that may affect decision making skills. 

  • Bringing Alcohol to Tattoo Appointment 

  • Rescheduling more then twice in a row

  • No Communication to reschedule  in over 30 days after cancelled appointment

  • Canceling Appointment to go to another Studio/Artist

  • Acting belligerent or in a way that negatively disrupts the studio/artists from doing their job

  • Any damage or theft to studio property

  • Voucher is not refundable in any way.

  • Voucher is not transferable to another person or to another design unless otherwise indicated in writing by Fawcett Tattoos or it's artists.
